Jonathan has been a dedicated member of the Tax Credits & Incentives Services since 2012. With a strong foundation in both technical and managerial roles within the commercial construction and manufacturing industry, he has cultivated a unique skill set.
Jonathan specializes in serving a diverse range of clients who own, operate, invest in, and manage various types of real estate assets. He has extensive knowledge in cost segregation studies, fixed asset valuations, tangible property studies, and tax optimization studies. His clients are those who are building, improving, repairing, disposing, or acquiring tangible property.
Brian has practiced public accounting since 2010. He provides tax and consulting services related to ASC 740; income tax compliance; research and development tax credits; international tax planning; state and local tax planning; tax accounting methods; M&A transactions, and reorganizations.
Brian has spent most of his career working with companies ranging from venture-backed start-ups to large multinational corporations. He serves a wide range of public and private clients in various industries, including technology, internet, software-as-a-service, life sciences, and medical devices.
May has specialized in federal and state R&D tax credits since 2001, helping companies identify, increase, document, and support credit claims related to R&D tax credits. She has extensive experience in the technology, biotech, manufacturing, hardware, and software industries and has helped companies and business owners save millions of dollars in taxes each year. Prior to joining the firm, May performed R&D tax credit studies at two Big Four firms.
