Biography

Adam has practiced public accounting since 1999. His experience includes working with private and publicly held businesses as well as individuals, trusts, and estates.

Adam has extensive experience with C-corporations, S-corporations, and complex partnerships. He has advised and assisted clients across a variety of industries, including technology, energy, manufacturing, real estate, and professional services.

During his career, Adam has worked both in-house and within professional services firms, further augmenting his skillset and value as a tax professional. His experience includes transaction planning, ASC 740 provisions, international tax, and M&A.
