Biography

Cameron has practiced public accounting since 1999. He provides compliance and consulting services focused primarily in real estate and partnership taxation. Cameron has served a variety of real estate investors, developers, home builders, and owner-operators. He specializes in real estate transactions made through S corporation and partnership/LLC ownership structures. He also has extensive experience with syndicated private equity structures, such as limited partnerships, that invest in real estate and investment securities. Cameron routinely advises on transactions regarding real estate sales and acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, debt modifications, and partnership/LLC formations, sales, and dissolutions. He has a passion for assisting his clients with navigating through the flexible, yet highly complex, rules that govern partnership taxation.
