Biography

David has been in public accounting since 2005. He has extensive experience working with technology and manufacturing clients ranging from closely held companies to companies with operations throughout the world.

David’s areas of expertise include revenue recognition, equity and debt transactions, inventory, business combinations, stock-based compensation, and SEC reporting and compliance matters. Before joining Moss Adams, he spent two years with a Big Four firm.
