Biography

Jack has been in public accounting since 1985, specializing in tax strategies for small to large businesses and consulting for retail dealerships. The co-leader of the firm’s LIFO and inventory methods practice, he performs more than 150 such calculations annually.

Jack’s expertise also extends to analysis of GAAP and tax accounting methods to identify and implement favorable method changes, estate and gift planning and implementation for business owners, buy-sell structuring for dealerships and businesses, and due diligence for public and private automotive dealerships.
