Jay has been with Moss Adams since 2001, and leads the firm's Wealth Management Services for both the Santa Rosa and San Francisco offices. He focuses on ownership succession strategies and estate planning for closely held business owners and their families and provides estate and tax planning for individuals and their families.

Jay is also a member of the firm's Wine, Beer & Spirits Practice and a frequent writer and speaker on complex tax, business, and personal issues involving succession and estate planning for winery owners and their families.
