Biography

Mark has worked in valuation services since 2012. He prepares valuations for a wide range of engagement types, including business enterprises, equity compensation, earnouts, and complex securities. Prior to joining the firm, Mark valued private debt and equity securities held by investment companies such as private equity funds, hedge funds, and mutual funds.
