Biography

Matt has practiced public accounting since 2012. He performs buy-side and sell-side due diligence across a variety of transactions, including asset and stock purchases, divestitures, carve-outs, and other capital raising activity. Matt works primarily with private equity, venture capital, and corporate clients.

Matt has analyzed companies across many different industries, with a focus on health care and technology related transactions. He has worked with domestic and international companies, and both private and publicly owned companies, with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to $500 million.
